Wrocław's budget for 2026 will increase. The city invests billions in development


The budget deficit is planned for PLN 940 million, which means an increase of PLN 193 million compared to 2025. Income per capita is to increase to PLN 12.5 thousand. PLN, which is almost a thousand PLN more than currently. The city intends to allocate PLN 1.3 billion for investments.

Wrocław plans tax revenues

The largest part of Wrocław's income will be revenues from PIT and CIT taxes, which are expected to amount to PLN 4.93 billion – over PLN 400 million more than in the previous year. Local taxes and fees also play a significant role, contributing PLN 945 million and PLN 731 million, respectively.
