Container transportation on the Krasnoyarsk Railway increased in January – October

Over the 10 months of 2025, 205.6 thousand TUE containers were transported to Krasnodar Railways in all types of traffic, which exceeds the result of the same period last year by 8.3%.

In domestic traffic, 76.1 thousand TEUs were sent (+8.4% compared to January – October 2024), in export traffic – 129.5 thousand TEUs (+8.3%).

The number of loaded containers sent in all types of traffic increased by 9.5% and amounted to 142.5 thousand TEU (2 million 382 thousand tons of cargo were transported, with an increase of 12%).

At the same time, there was an increase in container transportation:

  • non-ferrous metals – 34.8 thousand TEU (an increase of 1.5 times by January-October 2025);

  • chemicals and soda – 5.7 thousand TEU (+1.7%);

  • other and groupage cargo – 4.6 thousand TEU (an increase of 1.7 times);

  • non-ferrous ores and sulfur raw materials – 2.7 thousand TEU (4 times increase);

  • other food products – 2.7 thousand TEU (+21.9%);

  • construction cargo – 2.5 thousand TEU (+6.4%).
