In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the implementation of a program for capital repairs of common property in apartment buildings continues. Since the beginning of 2025, 1,170 types of repair work have been completed in 879 houses.
The regional Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services said that the roofs of 204 houses were overhauled, 373 engineering systems for drainage, heating, hot and cold water supply, 142 electrical supply systems, 20 basements and 62 facades were put in order.
The priority is updating gas and elevator equipment. Gas supply systems were replaced in 107 houses, and 811 new elevators were installed in 262.
“The regional home renovation program is being implemented at a fairly high pace; in recent years, not only the quantity of work has increased, but also its quality. This helps keep your home in good condition. Regular payments for major repairs are necessary to ensure that the work goes according to plan. For those who find it difficult to pay the full amount, benefits are provided,” said Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the region Yuri Shestopalov.
Let us remind you that the regional program for the capital repair of apartment buildings has been in effect since 2014. The order of major repairs in any house can be seen on the website of the capital repair fund in the “my house” section.
The program is divided into three-year periods; the 2023-2025 phase will be completed this year. During this time, 3,639 types of repair work were carried out in 2,582 houses in the region.
