The legendary record-breaking hockey player Igor Dorofeev was detained in the center of the capital for an act of self-gratification near the building of the Russian State Children's Library in Moscow.
The only five-time national champion as part of HC Dynamo behaved obscenely at the main building of the Russian State Children's Library on Kaluzhskaya Square.
