Wednesday evening, in Bistrita-Năsăud, Gloria defeated SCM Râmnicu Vâlcea with a score of 35-33in the strongest match of the round with number 9 in the “Florir League”. Just before halftime, however, there was an extremely tense moment, in the foreground with the few supporters who came to the match from Oltenia. After the outbreak of the scandal, the club from Zăvoi even considered removing the team from the field.
There was great tension in the semi-circle at the duel on Wednesday night, but also in the stands. The drama was at its highest until the end, the hosts prevailed with a difference of two goals, but Vâlcea led a good part of the match. In the first half, Pera's girls were in advantage throughout the 30 minutes, and at halftime they entered with a 4-goal lead.
Just before the break, a scandal broke out in the away team's sector, where the approximately 15 supporters of the visitors came into conflict with the security company. He left with kicks, punches in the face, bruises and broken teeth.

After the end of the match, the representatives of SCM Râmnicu Vâlcea published on the official Facebook page the final part of the moment, about a minute and a half, in which you can see how the dividing fences started to fly, and the extremely nervous Vâlcea supporters come into conflict with the representatives of the security company.
Spirits heated up, the situation quickly degenerated, the verbal conflict became stronger, and after a discussion with one of the representatives of the gallery, the atmosphere remained just as tense. Three other representatives of the security company came, and one of the fans, who became increasingly vocal, was picked up, grabbed and punched directly in the face, as can be seen on the images posted by SCM Râmnicu Vâlcea.

Later, in the comments section, the whole scene was published: “Watch the action of the stewards from the second 00:14. Are we wondering, are gyms still a safe place for spectators? To dispel any suspicion, we attach the full footage.”

In a discussion with GSP.ro, the leader of the gallery from SCM Râmnicu Vâlcea told what happened. According to him, everything was premeditated, the security company targeted the supporters from the start of the game, and the situation degenerated when some fans from Bistri came down to the second stand.
What's more, he even said that at the break of the match, after the supporters were taken by the Gendarmerie, outside the hall, the officials from Vâlcea considered removing the team from the field if the fans would not be allowed to return inside the arena.
“Sitting and analyzing, I think everything that happened was, to some extent, premeditated on their part. From the moment I entered the hall, there was a hostile atmosphere. The seats were small, without backs, so I would put my feet on them or the drums, and until the 25th minute we were constantly challenged.
We were criticized for being too noisy, for keeping our feet on the chairs, all in an aggressive tone.
In the 27th minute, from the right side, some people came down from the second stand, approached our area and started swearing at us. I went to draw the attention of the guards that their provocations were not noticed by anyone, at which point one of them pushed me and put me under the tribune.
I have bruises on my hands from that incident, me and other guys. Later, we were taken out of the room together with another colleague, the one who also appears in the footage published on the club's website.
They hit me under the tribune, and they assaulted him right there. Another boy was taken out on the opposite side of the stand. The boy he punched in the face has two broken teeth and a medical certificate.
I tried to get in touch with someone from the management of the club from Bistrita to clarify the situation, but the answers were ironic. I asked to know the name of the security company. But we will find out.
The people in the club even wanted to withdraw the team from the field at half-time, but we were allowed to return to the gym. told the leader of the Valcan gallery, for GSP.ro.
“We were supporting our team, which at that time was in advantage… and because we were more vocal, the security company kicked out four supporters, and some of them received punches, as you can see from the footage! The game of handball is more masculine and when we support the team, it's normal to do it more vocally. I think they were disturbed that in some moments we were covering the hall with our chants!”, said one of the supporters from Vâlcea present at the match, for GSP.ro.
