In Krasnoyarsk, developers transferred 61 apartment to immigrants from emergency housing

Since the beginning of 2025, developers transferred more than 60 apartments to immigrants from emergency housing in Krasnoyarsk. The city hall said that in this way companies fulfill their social obligations within the framework of previously concluded agreements with the city administration or agreements on the integrated development of territories

Currently, 61 apartments have already transferred the municipality, of which 39 are registered ownership, the rest – at the acceptance stage. Krasnoyarsk residents moved from emergency housing are already moving to part of the apartments.

The transfer of the apartments is carried out by: JSC “CultBetstroy company”, LLC SZ “New City”, LLC SK Samik, LLC SZ “Extra”, LLC “SZ Siberian Construction Company”. The housing area varies from 22 to 65 square meters. Mostly apartments are located in the Leninsky and Sovetsky districts, both in the new and secondary housing stock.

“Now we are setting up 10 emergency houses. If a person has acquired housing under a social agreement, he is provided with another apartment in the city of a city with an area of ​​no less than the previous one. If real estate was registered, then the owner is paid compensation on the basis of an assessment, or by agreement of the parties, another apartment is provided with an area of ​​at least occupied. We try to take into account the wishes of people – the left or right bank, the lower or upper floor. But, unfortunately, the choice of apartments is limited. We can only offer the housing that is available from the available in the municipal fund, ”said Sergey Shikunov, deputy head of the city, head of the city planning department.

In total, within the framework of the agreements and CCT agreements, developers must transfer the apartment to the municipality worth more than 1 billion rubles.

Recall that now in Krasnoyarsk in the area of ​​the intersection of Kalinin and Totmin street a new residential microdistrict is being built. In this place, 15 residential buildings of variable number of storeys should appear: from 6 to 18. And also – a training complex consisting of a school and a kindergarten for 670 and 280 places, respectively; road; sports and cultural and leisure facilities; landscaped territory.
