In Krasnoyarsk, in the park on Borisevicha Street, 4-6, vandals broke off parts of street exercise equipment and tore off a boxing bag, the Leninsky district administration reported.
A new park appeared here just a few months ago. They started creating it within the framework of the federal program “Formation of a comfortable urban environment”, the national project “Infrastructure for Life” in April, on the site of an abandoned vacant lot, for the improvement project of which they voted 16 thousand Krasnoyarsk residents.
In the new park, children's and sports grounds, bicycle paths and sidewalks, an amphitheater, an area for playing with dogs, parking and video surveillance were installed, and new trees and shrubs were planted.
At the moment, the violators who broke the exercise machines are being sought to be brought to justice.
“Actions related to damage to property in public places are recognized by current legislation as vandalism. There is responsibility for this,” the Leninsky district administration recalled.
