Also, several counties in the south are, in the early hours of the day, under a yellow fog warning, valid until 10:00.
In the first part of the day, the fog phenomena are mainly present in the south of Romania, reducing the local visibility below 200 meters and isolated even below 50 meters. At the same time, light precipitation in the form of rain or drizzle is reported in the north and northwest of the territory.
Thermal values vary considerably between regions, the lowest maximums, of 10-11 degrees, being forecast in Crişana, while in Dobrogea the mercury in thermometers rises to 20 degrees Celsius.
In Dobrogea and Bărăgan, the weather will have a changeable character, alternating between sunny moments and passing clouds, accompanied by isolated light rains. The wind is intensifying in places, accentuating the feeling of atmospheric instability, but the temperatures remain high.
In the south of Moldova and the north of Muntenia, the weather is warming up compared to the previous day, and the sky will be partly sunny. In the mountains, passing light rains can be signaled, and at high altitudes the wind will intensify. Maximum temperatures will be around 18 degrees.
In the northern half of Moldova and in Bucovina, the sky will remain variable and meteorologists announce light rains, in limited areas. At high altitudes, in the mountainous area, there are conditions for the appearance of mixed precipitation, possibly in the form of sleet. Highs will rise to 15 degrees.

In Olteni, a closed atmosphere persists: fog in the morning, followed by a predominantly cloudy sky, but with little chance of precipitation. Temperatures remain above the usual for this period and reach 15 degrees.
The situation is the same in Muntenia, where the dense fog from the early hours of the morning, possibly associated with drizzle, is followed by periods when the sun hides among the clouds. At noon, the highs will range between 14 and 15 degrees.
Until 10:00, Argeş, Dâmboviţa, Giurgiu and Teleorman counties are under a yellow code warning of dense fog.
In the capital

Although the sun remains more hidden among the clouds, the temperatures rise slightly compared to the previous day, reaching 15 degrees at noon. During the night, the fog returns, with isolated chances of light rain, and the night minimum will drop to 8 degrees.
At the mountain
