Night drone attack on Russia. Residents of the city of one million people lost electricity and heating

Voronezh, about 500 km from Moscow, has over 1 million inhabitants.
Were there any human casualties in Voronezh?
What disruptions occurred as a result of the drone attack?
How many drones were shot down over the Voronezh region?
Why was there a power outage in Taganrog?
Gusev reported on Telegram that several drones were neutralized by electronic warfare systems, which caused a fire in a “public facility”, which was quickly extinguished. He explained that the safety measures taken resulted in short-term changes in the temperature of central heating in some homes and short interruptions in electricity supply in some parts of the city, but the supply later returned to normal.
As noted by Reuters, the Russian Ministry of Defense did not mention any drones shot down over the Voronezh region in a statement published on Telegram on Sunday. The Ministry of Defense reports the number of drones destroyed by its units, not the number of drones launched by Ukraine. The ministry said a total of 44 Ukrainian drones were destroyed or intercepted overnight, including 43 over the border region of Bryansk and one in the Rostov region in southern Russia.
Independently of this, also on Sunday, local authorities in Taganrog in the Rostov Oblast reported that the emergency shutdown of high-voltage lines resulted in a power outage in several districts of the city. Authorities did not provide a reason for the shutdown.
