The blackmailer was in the parking lot near his house, opened gas cylinders and poured gasoline all around.
He demanded that his wife, with whom he had quarreled, come to him.
While trying to calm him down, eyewitnesses called emergency services.
The woman did not come out to him, but the police showed interest. As a result, the man was detained.
