A meeting of the Youth Council of the enterprises of the Siberian Generating Company (SGC) of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia was held in Krasnoyarsk.

Young specialists exchanged experiences, outlined plans for the next year and took part in practical sessions aimed at developing professional and public projects.

The event participants were welcomed by the director of Krasnoyarsk CHPP-1 (a branch of the Yenisei TGC, a division of the SGC in the Yenisei Siberia region) Sergei Borodulin. He wished good luck to the activists in implementing their plans for the future.

Young specialists of the SGC, working in groups, formed programs in key areas of the Council’s activities for the next year: career guidance and HR brand development, social direction, sports and cultural activities, scientific and educational projects and case championships, as well as the development of the Youth Council through attracting new participants, covering activities, etc.

Special attention was paid to communication tools: a master class on SMM was held, since many Youth Councils of the Company’s enterprises have their own representatives on social networks. The participants discussed the mechanics of promoting projects, engaging the target audience, and standards of visual and textual presentation.

During the meeting, each young specialist answered two questions: “What does it mean to you to be successful, your personal criterion for success” and “What quality and character trait of yours helped you most in the last year.” A creative installation of cards with answers reflected how young employees lived in the past year, and what is the general portrait of SGC activists.

“For me, participation in the meeting of the Youth Council of the SGK was a valuable experience that gave an incredible atmosphere – so much energy, new friends and like-minded people from different stations. We exchanged ideas for implementing projects for next year. It’s very inspiring to see how the youth of SGC are united by a common goal and desire to develop,” Alena Sakhacheva, fire safety specialist at Nazarovskaya State District Power Plant, shared her impressions.

“The meeting confirmed that the future of the Company lies in the initiative and professionalism of young employees. Our task as an HR service is to create conditions for ideas to turn into projects, and projects into real changes in enterprises and teams. We see huge potential for the development of the Company and are ready to support every initiative on the path from concept to implementation,” noted the HR Director of Yenisei TGC (SGC division in the Krasnoyarsk region) Tatiana Ponomareva.
