Alior Bank has started a new promotion of personal accounts under the slogan “You deserve it”. You can win as much as PLN 1,000 after meeting quite simple conditions. If you are looking for a new account, this is your chance to change your bank and get a big bonus.
This is a promotion for new customers. Persons who have had a personal account with Alior in the last three years are excluded. However, having a savings account, company account, currency account or an account at Kantor Walutowy does not preclude you from participating. Alior Account must be opened individually, online or in the application, along with the card. You must agree to marketing communication and not withdraw your consent until the prizes are paid. How to get PLN 300 quickly
There are two prizes in the promotion: PLN 300 for transactions plus PLN 700 in the form of cashback. To receive PLN 300, after opening the account and card, make three card or BLIK payments for any amounts. You have 10 calendar days to do so. The bank will transfer PLN 300 by the end of the month following the month of concluding the contract. If you sign the contract on November 7, you have until November 17 to complete the transaction, and the payment should be transferred to your account by the end of December.

How does a 10% refund up to PLN 700 work?
The second element of the offer is a cashback of 10 percent, which can amount to a total of PLN 700. For a maximum of seven months from signing the contract, you can receive a 10% refund for card or BLIK payments in stationary stores. The refund limit is PLN 100 per month.
For the bank to count cashback in a given month, there must be a one-time inflow of at least PLN 2,000 from another bank or from a company account with Alior and at least one login to the mobile application.
The refund is paid by the end of the month following the month in which the conditions are met. If you conclude the contract in November, the first month of settlement will be December, and the payment should be made by the end of January. Failure to meet the conditions in a given month means loss of the refund for that month.

What transactions does the bank exclude from refunds?
Traditionally, with cashback
“Gambling” transactions are excludedi.e. casinos and bookmakers (MCC code – 7995), financial institutions and money transfers (6012, 6051, 4829), insurance (6211), transport services (4111), selected professional services billed as foreign (8999) and payments to utility providers (4900).
Deadlines, limits and important restrictions
The promotion is valid from November 7 until the prize pool is exhausted, and until December 19, 2025 at the latest. The bank may end the campaign earlier or extend it by announcing it on the website at least three days in advance. Each customer can take advantage of the promotion only once. Prizes are exempt from income tax according to Art. 21 section 1 point 68 of the PIT Act, so you do not settle them in your return.

What to watch out for in practice
The required inflow of PLN 2,000 cannot come from accounts kept at Kantor Walutowy Alior Bank. A transfer from your own personal account in Alior will not meet the condition, because the regulations require the transfer from another bank or from a company account in Alior. Cashback only counts for purchases in stationary stores. Closing the account or canceling the card before the rewards are paid out will deprive you of the right to the bonus. The promotional code must be entered when submitting the application.
Promotion rating
The starting PLN 300 is simple and quick. The 10% refund allows you to actually reduce the cost of everyday purchases, but requires regularity and monitoring of the PLN 2,000 deposit and logging in to the application. Participants should check their own shopping habits, as online transactions do not count towards the refund and some MCC categories are excluded. The rules are simple and there are no major catches.
