A criminal case has been opened in Minusinsk into the death of four people as a result of a fire. This was reported to the regional Investigative Committee.
The tragedy occurred on the night of December 29-30 in a private house on Profsoyuzov Street. It was previously established that the 54-year-old housewife was drinking alcohol in the company of her 35-year-old son and two male acquaintances, 51 and 42 years old. The fire started in the kitchen; the bodies of the victims with extensive signs of the thermal effects of the fire were found by rescuers during extinguishing.

A criminal case was opened under Part 3 of Art. 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing death by negligence to two or more persons). Currently, investigative actions are being carried out to establish all the circumstances of the incident.
At the time of extinguishing the fire, it was not possible to speak about the cause of the fire. The necessary expert studies have been appointed.
