A 63-year-old teacher from Dolj county was detained, accused of having sexual relations with a minor student for a year and a half, forcing her to produce pornographic materials.

“Police officers of the Craiova Organized Crime Brigade, together with DIICOT prosecutors – Craiova Territorial Service, documented the criminal activity of a 63-year-old person, investigated for committing the crimes of sexual intercourse with a minor and child pornography, both in continuous form”sent the representatives of the Police Inspectorate of Dolj County.
From the evidence administered, it emerged that, between June 2018 and December 2019, the teacher took advantage of his position of trust and authority over the student to maintain sexual relations with her and to induce her to produce pornographic materials. At that time, the student was 16 years old, later turning 17.
Also, in the data storage devices belonging to the investigated person, several photo and video files were discovered, in which the minor victim allegedly exhibited explicit sexual behavior.
Thus, on November 5, 2025, the prosecutors of the Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism – Territorial Service Craiova ordered the detention of the person in question, investigated under the aspect of committing the crimes of sexual intercourse with a minor and child pornography, both in continuous form.
Later, on November 6, the rights and freedoms judge of the Dolj Court was notified with a proposal for her preventive arrest, for 30 days, IPJ Dolj also stated.
