A 14-year-old girl was pre-arrested by the Bihor Court, for 15 days, for child pornography, rape of a minor and blackmail, after producing several video materials with a minor in which she had explicit sexual behavior.

“From the evidence administered in the case, it emerged that, during July 2025, it would have produced, held, stored and made available to a third person, several video materials with a minor injured person, in which she would have been caught engaging in explicit sexual behavior. At the same time, in the same period, in order to produce pornographic materials, the investigated minor would have coerced the same victim (minor), by threatening to post the materials on the internet already detainees, to make video calls and perform acts of a sexual nature”, sent the representatives of the Police Inspectorate of Bihor County, News writes.
They specified that the 14-year-old girl threatened the victim with posting the videos made online if she did not get a social media account with many followers.
“Also, during the investigations, it emerged that, starting from October 2025, she allegedly possessed and stored in her personal phone several photos of minors in explicit sexual poses. According to the medico-legal expertise drawn up in the case, it emerged that the investigated minor had discernment at the time of committing the acts“, the quoted source said.
The 14-year-old girl was detained for 24 hours, being then presented to the Bihor Court, which decided on her preventive arrest for 15 days.
