There are more and more competitions with subsidies for companies. Entrepreneurs can obtain grants, among others: for innovation, pro-ecological projects and conquering new markets. What should you do to compete for subsidies and how much funding can you get?

November is another month with a wide range of subsidies for companies. Entrepreneurs who want to develop their business with the help of grants can: an increasing selection of competitions. You don't know which form of financing to choose? You can benefit from our support. We made a list the most interesting, most noteworthy recruitments, where you can get EU subsidies.

Our choice is subjective. As you can see from our monthly lists, the most interesting competitions with EU subsidies can be found in two large programs: European Funds for a Modern Economy (FENG) and European Funds for Eastern Poland (FEPW). Entrepreneurs whose applications are assessed the highest can count on… solid financial support from the Industrial Development Agency, the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, the National Center for Research and Development and the National Economy Bank. Dig.IT: subsidies for companies for digitalization

This is a long-awaited competition in which owners of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises will be able to win EU grants digitization of activities. We are talking about recruitment under the name “Dig.IT Digital Transformation”. The competition is addressed to entrepreneurs who plan to digitize processes and implement modern digital technologies in their companies. They can apply for funding micro, small and medium-sized companies from all over Poland from the industrial processing industry or the production services sector.

Entrepreneurs can receive subsidies in the competition amounting to: from 150 thousand PLN up to PLN 850,000. zloty. In the current recruitment there is a total of 10 to be distributed PLN 20 million. Applications can be submitted from November 3 to 24, and the competition is organized by the Industrial Development Agency.

Brand promotion of innovative SMEs: time to conquer new markets

You have created a product that has export potential and can be established on international markets? This competition is for you. In the recruitment under the name “Brand promotion of innovative SMEs” from Measure 2.25 FENG, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises will be able to obtain a total of PLN 50 million. Grants can be used, among others, for: on promotional activities including participation as an exhibitor in fairs with a national stand, economic missions and promotional campaigns.

The competition will be organized by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, and applications will be accepted from November 5 to January 8, 2026 It is worth adding that the government agency has introduced a recruitment process a few simplifications for applicants. Thanks to them, companies have recently been able to allocate funding for all trade fair events that give them the opportunity to promote their products. Another positive change – the level of support for covering business travel costs has been increased from 50 to 85 percent

Ecological loan: financial support for eco-projects

Would you like to improve the energy efficiency of your company? You can get money for this in a competition “Ecological loan” from Measure 3.1 FENG. It's in the pot PLN 350 million. Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as small mid-caps (employing up to 499 employees) and mid-caps (up to 3,000 employees) can now apply for this money. Recruitment has started October 24 and it will last until January 8, 2026 The competition is organized by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego.

The recruitment is intended for companies planning to implement projects reducing energy consumption in production processes and assuming a change in the sources of energy used to more ecological ones. It is worth adding that ecological credit connects grant with debt financing. Funding, which is the so-called ecological bonus will enable partial repayment of the loan taken out by the company. This type of grant can be used to finance it up to 80 percent eligible costs of the project.

Infostrateg: innovations for tourism

One of the most interesting grant competitions is Infostrategist. You can get funding for solutions that use artificial intelligence and blockchain technology in the tourism industry. Companies, research units and consortiums consisting of three entities are waiting for them a total of PLN 44 million.

The activities planned by the applicants should be aimed at creating platform monitoring tourist traffic in Poland. The completed projects are intended to help companies, among others: from the tourism and transport sector in analyzing the attractiveness of their offers and adapting them to customer expectations. A platform monitoring tourist traffic will help public institutions observe trends in this area and build a related strategy. The recruitment is organized by the National Center for Research and Development, and applications can be submitted to December 5.

STEP: grants for research projects

Companies and scientific and industrial consortiums can take part in competitions for grants from the program STEP – Strategic Technologies Platform for Europe. The National Center for Research and Development will allocate for the development of technologies in the cleantech industry a total of PLN 300 million. Submitted projects may concern industrial research and development work, or only the latter.

The government agency runs two competitions. The first, so-called path A, are subsidies for innovative solutions in the cleantech sector. As part of the second competition – B paths – projects are being sought to reduce the European Union's strategic dependence on external technologies. Applications for funding in track B can be submitted until November 12, while in path A until November 14.
