After two decades spent in the banking system, Florin Pop (Photo) decided to change the place from which he looks at the Romanian economy. Together with an associate, he founded Capital Decisions, a company that offers fractional CFO services and aims to translate business people's ambitions into realistic financial scenarios and bring strategic discipline to an environment where big plans are often born before budgets.
At the beginning of the journey, the entrepreneurs turned to BT Beehive for opening accounts and managing current operations. As the company grows and international expansion plans move forward, Florin Pop says it is considering accessing funding through BT Mic to support its next stage of growth.
