Seven former police officers were convicted in Krasnoyarsk. They organized a criminal scheme that guaranteed cargo carriers unhindered passage through the territory of the region for a monetary reward, the Investigative Committee and the prosecutor’s office reported.

The “green corridor” they created allowed transport to move in violation of traffic rules without any consequences. During the year of operation of the criminal mechanism, the total amount of bribes received exceeded 1.3 million rubles.
