If you think burgers are just fast food, try making them completely at home. The author of the blog “Delicious Homemade Recipes” (12+) on the Zen platform (12+) shares a simple recipe.
Ingredients for 4 burgers:
- Tomato – 1 piece
- Lettuce leaves – 4 pieces
- Ground beef – 500 grams
- Mozzarella cheese – 180 grams
- Sesame buns – 4 pieces
- Pickled gherkins – 7–10 pieces
- Ketchup, mayonnaise, French mustard, parsley
How to cook:
Salt the minced meat, divide into 4 parts, form into balls, roll in flour and shape into cutlets. Fry in a pan for 5 minutes on each side. Place a slice of cheese on the finished cutlets and cover with a lid to melt the cheese.
Cut the buns in half and toast in the oven for 5 minutes. Cut the cucumbers lengthwise, cut the tomato into slices, and wash the lettuce. For the sauce, mix ketchup, mustard and a little mayonnaise.
Assemble the burger: on the bottom bun – lettuce, sauce, patty with cheese, tomato, cucumbers, parsley. Cover with top bun.
Serve immediately while hot. Bon appetit!
