A native of Krasnoyarsk headed the Tver region

A native of Krasnoyarsk, Vitaly Korolev was appointed acting governor of the Tver region. The corresponding decree was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Vitaly Korolev was born in Krasnoyarsk in 1980. He received his first education at an agricultural university with a degree in jurisprudence. His professional path began at the Krasnoyarsk enterprises Krasnoyarsknefteprodukt and Krasnoyarskenergo.

Since 2005, Korolev has been working at the Federal Antimonopoly Service, where he rose from head of department to deputy head. During his years of service, he was awarded a number of awards, including the medal of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, II degree, and the title of Honorary Power Engineer.

In addition to the diploma Agrarian University, Queen has two more higher education degrees. He is also a candidate of economic sciences and associate professor. Since November 2024, he has headed the department of antimonopoly regulation at MGIMO.
