It turned out that the elderly residents were in danger due to the lack of elementary safety measures, ”the supervisory department said.
The prosecutor filed a lawsuit about the immediate closure of the boarding house and the eviction of all residents to other specially equipped social support institutions. The court satisfied the requirements.
Besides, The entrepreneur was fined 30 thousand rubles for violation of sanitary standards and fire safety rules.
