Austria is struggling with the growing demand for workers in tourist regions, especially in the winter season. Job offers in Austria in ski resorts are an opportunity for people from all over Europe to earn attractive wages and gain professional experience.

As reported by “Focus”, hotels and catering companies in Carinthia and Styria are mainly looking for service workers, such as waiters or people dealing with guests. This work includes serving drinks and ensuring the comfort of tourists.
In return, Frnot only attractive salaries are offered, but also free accommodation in single rooms with a private bathroom, Wi-Fi and TV. Additionally, some workplaces provide discounts on ski passes or access to wellness centers.
The example of the Romanian newspaper “Libertatea” is cited, which published information about job offers in Austria. Vacancies are described in hotels and restaurants in popular ski areas, and employees are sought through the EU employment agency EURES.

It is not only Austria that focuses on attracting foreign workers. “Focus” cites the example of the Spanish village of Santa Cruz de Moya. Its mayor, Virgilio Antón, appeals to Europeans to move, offering jobs in crafts and agriculture.
