Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese – 300 grams
- Raspberries – 100 grams
- Egg – 1 piece
- Sugar – 2 spoons
- Flour – 3 spoons
- Vanilla sugar – 1 spoon
- Sprig of fresh mint
How to cook:
In a deep bowl, mash the cottage cheese with a fork. Add egg and sugar, mix well until smooth. Add flour and mix thoroughly again. The dough should be soft and slightly sticky.
Form small balls and flatten them a little. Roll each cheesecake in flour on all sides.
