15 minutes at the stove – and an amazing breakfast is ready: this is what I serve cheesecakes with, it’s delicious, just like in a hotel

During the holidays, you always want to please yourself and your loved ones with something tasty, but you don’t want to spend a lot of time at the stove. Here is a simple and quick recipe for cheesecakes with raspberries and mint from EAOMedia.

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese – 300 grams
  • Raspberries – 100 grams
  • Egg – 1 piece
  • Sugar – 2 spoons
  • Flour – 3 spoons
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 spoon
  • Sprig of fresh mint

How to cook:

In a deep bowl, mash the cottage cheese with a fork. Add egg and sugar, mix well until smooth. Add flour and mix thoroughly again. The dough should be soft and slightly sticky.

Form small balls and flatten them a little. Roll each cheesecake in flour on all sides.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat. Place the cheesecakes and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Serve cheesecakes warm: with sour cream, vanilla sugar and raspberries. And if you add a sprig of mint, the combination will be absolutely amazing. Bon appetit!
