A two-year-old girl fell from the second floor of an apartment block in Constanța on Saturday. The little girl was picked up unconscious and rushed to the hospital.

The witnesses immediately called 112, and the police and medical crews quickly moved to the scene.
“On November 1 this year, at around 3:30 p.m., the policemen from the Constanța Municipality Police – Police Section 3 were alerted to the fact that a minor had fallen from the second floor of a block located on Topolog alley. The policemen dispatched to the scene found that what was reported was confirmed, as it was a two-year-old minor. She was transported to the hospital, in order to be given medical care”stated the representatives of IPJ Constanța.
The police are continuing their investigations to establish the exact circumstances in which the incident occurred.
In September, another shocking incident took place in Chiajna, Ilfov county, when a two-year-old girl fell from the fourth floor of a building in the Militari Residence complex. The child was sitting on the window sill of the kitchen, lost her balance and fell about 15 meters, landing directly on the windshield of a car. The window cracked but did not break completely, which saved his life.
