A Krasnoyarsk woman was not allowed into the bar because she didn’t like the trousers and she complained to Rospotrebnadzor

The Krasnoyarsk bar “But this is not certain” illegally refused service to a visitor due to inappropriate clothing. Rospotrebnadzor spoke about this.

The employee at the entrance cited her trousers as the reason, which, in his opinion, did not fit into the dress code. As an argument, the Krasnoyarsk resident was provided with a document according to which the administration of the establishment allegedly has the right to refuse any visitor without explanation.

Deciding to defend her rights, the girl complained about the actions of the employees to Rospotrebnadzor, where they were explained the work rules:

“Restrictions on access to a public catering establishment with reference to the conditions established in the organization, which give the administration the right to independently determine the circle of persons who have the right to visit the establishment, are infringing on the rights of consumers. The face control system, wherever it is practiced – in a cafe, restaurant or nightclub, violates clause 3 of Art. 426 of the Civil Code and Art. 16 of the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights.”

Based on this fact, Cafe Cube LLC issued a warning about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements of legislation in the field of consumer protection.
