“Sibiryak” demands 113 million rubles for the construction of a children's hospital in Krasnoyarsk Pokrovka.

Krasnoyarsk construction company “Sibiryak” demands recovery from Capital Construction Department 112.8 million rubles for work on the site of a new children's multidisciplinary hospital. The press service of the Arbitration Court reported on the statement of claim.

Let us remind you that in February 2023 a contract was signed with the company for updating documentation, construction and supply of equipment costing 15.7 billion rubles. However, in August 2025, the UKS unilaterally terminated the cooperation after mutual lawsuits.

According to the construction company, by that time work worth over 112 million rubles had been completed and documented. The contractor indicates that the customer refused to sign the acceptance certificates and pay for the work performed.

The statement of claim has been accepted for proceedings, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 1.

Let us add that to complete the work of the first stage (without the surgical building), a new tender for 731 million rubles was announced in September. “Sibiryak” won the competition again.

The area of ​​the institution will be 98 thousand square meters. m, capacity – 640 beds. The hospital will create conditions for children and parents to stay together. In addition to the hospital, outpatient clinics are provided.
