Donald Trump denies the decision to attack Venezuela


On Friday, during the Air Force One flight, Donald Trump, when asked by journalists whether he had made a decision on this matter, replied “no”.

When asked earlier about this information, White House spokeswoman Anna Kelly replied that “anonymous sources have no idea what they are talking about” and any statements will come from President Trump himself.
Venezuelan military supports drug cartels?
The “Miami Herald” informant indicated that the United States was preparing to launch the next stage of the campaign against the Soles drug cartel. The planned attacks, which were also reported by the Wall Street Journal, were said to be aimed at destruction of military installations used by a drug trafficking organization that the US says is run by Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro and directed by top members of his regime.

U.S. officials believe the cartel exports about 500 tons of cocaine a year, splitting it between Europe and the United States.
Washington recently doubled the reward (to $50 million) for information leading to Maduro's arrest — is the highest reward ever offered. Another key figure in the regime facing drug trafficking charges is Defense Minister Vladimir Padrino Lopez.
