Andrei Pleșu praises Bolojan: “He does not make maneuvers to accommodate or seduce the people.” What does he say about Grindeanu

Philosopher Andrei Pleșu said on Thursday, October 30, about Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan that “he is the first and only politician in post-December history who does not talk about him”.

“He is almost the only politician today who speaks – with stable competence, without electoral fraud, without party rhetoric, without clever digressions – about the issue in the debate. He speaks “normally” (that is, without shadows, digressions and affectations), knows what he is saying, communicates and explains professionally everything that is asked of him“, writes Pleșu in Dilema, in a Post Scriptum to an article titled “The Television Interview”, according to News.ro.
After watching an interview given by Prime Minister Bolojan, his conclusion is that he “he is the first and only politician in post-December history who does not talk about himself, does not make maneuvers to accommodate or seduce the people, does not want anything for himself”.
“A rare case, in contrast to most of his colleagues”notes Andrei Pleșu.
In this context, he draws a parallel with the PSD interim leader Sorin Grindeanu.
“At the opposite pole, to give an example at hand, I see Sorin Grindeanu, with an eternal “good boy” smile, sometimes a dancer, sometimes a swordsman, self-confident to the point of sleepiness. He works diligently on his own portrait, with an unconvincing “tactical” trot.”writes Andrei Pleșu.
“And he is just one of the characters of the political “album” that, whether we like it or not, we flip through it daily…”, concludes the writer.
