All enterprises of the Siberian Generating Company in the Krasnoyarsk Territory are ready to work in the autumn-winter period.
All thermal power plants in Krasnoyarsk, in the small cities of Kansk and Minusinsk, Nazarovskaya State District Power Plant, Krasnoyarsk State District Power Plant-2, as well as the heating network divisions of the company received readiness certificates. The document confirms that enterprises providing residents with heat and hot water are ready to operate in the fall and winter.
Before presenting the document, each enterprise undergoes a strict commission inspection from among representatives of Rostekhnadzor and the city administration, who evaluate the quality of repairs of main equipment, the implementation of investment programs, the results of tests of heating systems, and the availability of fuel reserves in warehouses. Attention is also paid to personnel issues. At each facility, the staffing level is checked in accordance with the staffing schedule and the professional readiness of specialists to work under maximum load conditions.
The event is annual, and it is preceded by a lot of work, which begins immediately after the end of the heating season. At the thermal power plant, specialists inspect and repair main and auxiliary equipment. Work is also actively underway on heating networks. During the short Siberian summer, repair crews carry out a large-scale set of measures to provide consumers with reliable heat supply.

In Krasnoyarsk alone, at least 50 km of pipelines are renewed per season, and over five years more than 260 km of heating networks have been built, repaired and reconstructed. The pace is set high, specialists work in intensive mode and often without days off, but the result is worth it: the city survived the past two winters without serious accidents on the networks.
No less large-scale work was carried out at the thermal power plants themselves in the regional capital: 26 boilers, 9 turbines were repaired and 60 tons of heating surfaces were replaced.
Serious preparations were carried out in small towns of the region where SGC enterprises operate. In Kansk, 8 km of heating networks were updated and reconstructed, a new central heating station was built and the pumping station was repaired. At the main heat source of the city, 5 boilers and 2 turbines were repaired.
In Nazarovo, 2 km of pipelines were reconstructed and additional shut-off valves were installed, which will make it possible to maintain heat in most of the city in the event of an accident. 10 boilers and 5 turbines were repaired at Nazarovskaya State District Power Plant. Now the state district power plant is preparing to replace the generator at power unit No. 2. Specialists are completing design work. The new equipment will be delivered to the site in the first half of 2026, and its installation will be completed by the end of 2027. In addition, by the end of November, power engineers will complete the repair of the seventh power unit.
Work was completed at Krasnoyarsk State District Power Plant-2, where 14 boilers and 7 turbines were repaired.
“The annual receipt of a certificate of readiness is accompanied by the strictest inspections of our facilities. Such high requirements are due to the key role of our enterprises, which not only supply consumers with heat and hot water, but also supply electricity to the country’s unified energy system. Therefore, our primary task is to ensure their reliable and uninterrupted operation,” emphasized Oleg Bubnovsky, General Director of the Yenisei TGC (a division of the SGC in the Krasnoyarsk Territory).
