In the regional capital, negotiations were held in the development corporation of the Yenisei Siberia with the participation of representatives of the Committee on Foreign Economic Activities of the Chinese-Asian Association of Economic Development and Entrepreneurs from the Krasnoyarsk Territory and China.
Partners presented the economic and investment potential of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, including presented the possibilities of a special economic zone (SEZ) “Krasnoyarsk Technological Valley”. The leadership of the Association expressed an interest in implementing projects on the territory of the SEZ, as well as in cooperation to create a Russian-Chinese industrial park.
The Chinese Asian Association of Economic Development was created under the leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PRC. The main mission of the organization is the development of partnerships with Asian countries through economic cooperation and cultural exchange, as well as strengthening diplomatic ties, economic and social development of countries.
Representatives of the large aluminum holding of the PRC also showed interest in the possibilities of the special economic zone in Krasnoyarsk, the meeting with which was organized by the corporation together with Rusal.
With business representatives, they discussed the possibilities of organizing joint production in the region and the supply of products from the Krasnoyarsk Territory to the PRC. In addition, an inspection of industrial sites for the capacity was organized for the Chinese delegation.
