Activist Yevhen Shevchenko stated that the company allegedly works in violation of environmental regulations and does so with the assistance of the head of the KMVA Timur Tkachenko, who, according to him, regularly issues permits for the movement of barges.
We will remind you that in 2024, the prosecutor's office already initiated the deprivation of the special permit for sand mining in Kyiv from the “Kovalska” company. Despite this, dredges appeared again on the Dnieper.
