As “Fakt” explains, the president submitted his declaration of assets on August 4 – just before taking office as president. Only now, however, did the president agree to its publication. The statement appeared on the Supreme Court's website on October 27, 2025.
“Fakt” analyzed what has changed in the finances of the head of state. In the case of President Karol Nawrocki, the issue of the disappearance of one of the apartments and the increase in savings attract particular attention.
According to his declaration of assets submitted on August 4, Karol Nawrocki owns two apartments. One of them is a 57-square-meter premises that he co-owns with his wife. The second is a 58-square-meter apartment where his mother lives, and the president owns 50 percent of it. shares.

As “Fakt” notes, the document no longer includes the studio apartment that he had previously purchased from Jerzy Ż. During the election campaign, the issue of this apartment was widely commented on, as it was supposed to go to the Nawrocki family in exchange for taking care of a senior citizen. According to the land and mortgage register, the premises were handed over to the Christian Charitable Association from Gdynia.
