Two teenagers created a drug cartel that operated in 22 Russian regions
In the Magadan region, a ninth-grader and a technical school student turned out to be the leaders of a criminal group involved in drug trafficking on a federal scale.
The teenagers controlled the logistics and recruitment of storekeepers, and also managed an online drug store. Their organization had four large divisions.
The cartel existed from September to October 2024. Then the drug lords and four other members of the group were caught by the police.
Before this, teenagers were involved in the illegal sale of smoking mixtures and steam generators.
