The blogger noted that grechaniky is a traditional Ukrainian dish, which consists of buckwheat cutlets.
Ingredients:
- 500 g boiled buckwheat;
- two onions;
- 500 g minced meat;
- two eggs;
- 40 g flour;
- 60 ml vegetable oil;
- salt to taste;
- pepper to taste;
- 5 g paprika;
- 5 g dry garlic.
Preparation
- Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
- Puree the onion in a blender.
- Mix buckwheat, minced meat and onion. Salt, pepper, add all the spices.
- Add eggs and flour to the mixture. Knead the minced meat thoroughly.
- Form cutlets and roll them in flour.
- Fry the buckwheat pancakes in vegetable oil on both sides and then bake them in the oven for 12 minutes at 180°C.
