The State Duma offered to introduce additional paid leave in 14 days for large parents. As RIA Novosti write, The bill will be considered today, June 2.
According to amendments, the parents of three minor children will be able to take a vacation at any convenient time – attach it to the main one or use it separately, completely or in parts. The project does not allow the transfer of vacation to the next working year.
The initiative has already been appreciated by the Krasnoyarsk social activists. So, the chairman of the Council of the Fathers of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Oleg Okladnikov and a large father in a conversation with a journalist Sibnovosti.ru spoke out in her support.
“I’m only for, because we all complain that our fathers take little participation in raising children. And mothers say that the fathers do not have time to engage in children. And such a step can really affect the fact that the fathers will participate more in raising children, ”says Okladnikov.
The social activist also emphasized that the initiative should be extended not only to entire families, but also to large fathers and mothers who do not live with their children, but see them only on weekends or holidays.
Another Krasnoyark, the mother of five children, Daria Mosunova also spoke positively about a possible innovation.
“A very good idea. I am always because it facilitates the life of large parents. The only country is rich in our country, and you can give a sanatorium for large parents for these 14 days, ”the woman shared.
