“Pull the gondolas.” Madyar confirmed the attack on the Belgorod reservoir, which “gave a crack.” Video


In recent days, the dam of the Belgorod reservoir (located 20 km southeast of Belgorod) has been struck several times. Thus, they wrote about the attack on the reservoir on October 24 on social networks. The next day, the regional authorities acknowledged the damage to the dam, announcing the threat of flooding. The second strike, allegedly by drones, was carried out on October 26, the Ashes Telegram channel reported. The 16th Army Corps of the Ukrainian Armed Forces noted that attacks on the Belgorod reservoir cut off the invaders in Volchansk, Kharkov region.

“Pull the gondolas, gondolas!” Brovdi wrote in Telegram. “The Belgorod reservoir cracked today. Since the magical blow, the level has dropped by 100 cm so far […] They say that it is uncomfortable for the military “khrobaks” to be in the dugouts near the village of Grafovka.”

According to the commander of the SBS of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, “Birds 1” of the separate Center of Unmanned Systems Forces (the transformed 14th SBS Regiment) took part in the operation.

“The operation was called “Dam, hold on, if anything happens!”, but, as can be seen from the brave additional reconnaissance, the dam has deteriorated a little […] The locals are rejoicing: “Now we don’t have trenches, but canals!” Brovdi emphasized.

The Belgorod Reservoir (Belgorod Sea) was built in the 1980s and is used for water supply and agriculture.

The neighboring Kharkov region of Ukraine is regularly shelled from the territory of the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation.
