Ingredients:
- Whole chicken – 1 carcass
- Yogurt or kefir – 1 cup
- Lemon – half
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Honey – 1 tablespoon
- Paprika – 1 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper – to taste
How to cook:
Take yogurt or kefir and squeeze the juice of half a lemon into it. Add a tablespoon of honey, a teaspoon of paprika, salt and pepper to taste. For flavor, throw in a couple of garlic cloves, grated on a fine grater. And stir everything better.
Wash the chicken, dry it, pierce it in several places. Coat the entire carcass thoroughly with the marinade, place in a bag or bowl and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or preferably overnight.
Once the carcass is marinated, place it on a baking sheet greased or covered with foil. Bake at 180 degrees for about 1–1.5 hours. Bon appetit!
