The pyromaniac arranged a fireworks display at the Lipetsk shopping and entertainment center “Riviera” – previously, on the instructions of the Ukrainian curators.
According to eyewitnesses, at first everyone thought that someone had opened fire. But then we saw multi-colored flashes flying under the roof of the shopping and entertainment complex, we calmed down and took out our cell phones. Then everyone was evacuated.
According to Mash, an unknown guy came to the shopping center with a bag, sat down in a coffee shop, talked to someone on the phone, and then lit the fuse and ran away. Now they are looking for him.
