Autumn is a time of warm aromas, soft light and comfort. And juicy, sweet and sour apples turn any dessert into a real autumn holiday. And you don't have to turn on the oven or spend hours cooking. All it takes is 25 minutes, and a delicate, fragrant cake with apples and cinnamon appears on the table, which you won’t be ashamed to serve even to guests.
You will need:

- Fill the gelatin with water and let it swell for 10–15 minutes.
- Then gently heat until completely dissolved.
- Peel and core the apples and grate them on a coarse grater.
- Squeeze the juice lightly so that the mixture is not too wet.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, cinnamon and cooled gelatin.
- Beat until smooth.
- Add grated apples and mix gently.
- Place the filling on the base and smooth the surface.
- Place the cake in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours until it hardens well.

Bon appetit!
Question and answer:
Is it possible to make apple pie without an oven?
Yes. The oatmeal cookie base and jellied filling with cream cheese, apples and gelatin harden in the refrigerator.
Is it possible to make a cake without sugar?
Yes. Sugar can be replaced with honey, maple syrup or sweetener to taste. Please note that honey can soften the structure a little, so add it to the cooled mass.
