In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a 13-year-old scooter went to the hospital after an unsuccessful trip on a powerful scooter, the traffic police reports.
The accident occurred in Minusinsk. The boy of 13 years old was driving along the roadway on the Diandongche electric scooter. Having accelerated, the teenager lost control. The scooter rolled right on the road. As a result of the accident, the boy was injured and was hospitalized.
The police found that the scooter has a capacity of 800 watts. In order to manage it, it is necessary for the rights that the boy does not have. Transport belongs to the mother of a teenager, she bought it for her son on one of the marketplaces. The woman admitted that this was not the first trip – she had already allowed her son to ride.
In relation to a resident of Minusinsk, they made up administrative material under Part 3 of Art. 12.7 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for the transfer of a vehicle to a person who does not have the right to drive.
