He noted that the Russians are not slowing down the war against Ukraine and at the same time are “openly investing” in prolonging another war, which leads to global destabilization.
“Ukraine is being hit by virtually the same attack drones as the countries of the Middle East and the Gulf region. Ballistics are used against us just as cynically as against our partners,” Zelensky wrote.
