Chivu's reverence to a great coach of the world: “I was lucky to work with you”

Serie A second-placed Inter Milan collected another win in Champions League football with a 4-0 win over Union SG on Tuesday night. The Italian group have an immaculate 9-0 goal difference and are among the three teams with maximum points, the other two being European champions PSG and Premier League leaders Arsenal London.

Chivu is doing great at Inter
At the end of the game in Belgium, Chivu (44 years old) entered into a dialogue with Italian coach Fabio Capello (79 years old), who was in the studio of Sky Sports.
“The credit goes entirely to the players. They agreed to work hard, to listen, to put their pride aside. I hope to have at least half the career you had Mr. Capello.
You were a top coach and I was lucky to work with you, to be accepted by you, who brought me to Rome to play at the highest level. Thanks for that“, said, with gratitude in his voice, the resident from Resisi.
Capello is the one who brought Chivu to AS Roma from Ajax Amsterdam in 2003, then he was close to working with him at Juventus Turin, but the Romanian chose Inter Milan in 2007, at a time when he was also being courted by Real Madrid.
