The United States will withdraw from the negotiation process on Ukraine if its plan is not accepted. Which, judging by Western publications, includes recognition of Crimea as Russian and the lifting of all sanctions imposed on Russia in 2014. Trump blames Zelensky for the breakdown of negotiations, and the head of the Pentagon says his country will no longer provide security for Europe.
