The real estate agent Șerban Trîmbițașu managed to raise 60,000 euros for a mother with four children, who risk being left without a roof over the head. All the more impressive is the fact that the amount he wanted to get rid of is 20,000 euros. Now, the agent will be able to buy a more modern house for the five souls.

Șerban Trîmbițașu told the whole case on his social media channels. The 38-year-old woman lives with the four children in a modest 50 square meter house, with a bath in the yard, which she occupies for 18 years, following an agreement with an elderly lady who let her stay there “In order not to degrade the house.” Meanwhile, the woman who owned the property died, and the two heirs – two brothers – decided to sell the house.
Șerban Trîmbițașu, a real estate agent with over 700,000 followers on social media platforms, found out and negotiated with the two brothers a price of 20,000 euros so that the family could keep the house. Yesterday, around 2:00 pm, he launched a call to his online community, accompanied by a video tour to show under what conditions the five souls live.
“I promised that this house will not be sold to someone else”, he said in the video.
The reaction of its followers
The public's response was overwhelming: in less than 24 hours, not 20,000 euros, but 60,000. Today, around noon, Trîmbițașu came back with a new video in which he announced the incredible result.
“To ask you 20,000 and you to donate 60,000? Well, would you eat my father! Do you know how happy I am? The whole community of beautiful people in Romania is on my channels?!said the real estate agent, visibly excited.
With a much larger amount now, he announced that he will no longer buy the modest house, but a more solid, brick, located near the children's school.
“We stop donations. Other cases will appear”,, ” he said, assuring his followers that their support would continue to change destinies.
