Stinging fines after Dinamo – Rapid » Sanctions applied including at Tribuna 1

Sunday evening's derby, from the 13th stage of the Superliga, Dynamo – Fastended with the victory of the visiting team, score 2-0, attracted numerous sanctions, the Gendarmerie publishing the first report shortly after the end of the game.

In total, no less than were applied to Sunday's match 49 contraventional sanctions, totaling 95,285 lei.

A sanction was also applied to Tribune 1 of the National Arena, where a supporter of the hosts from Ștefan cel Mare threw an object at an LPF official. In addition, 6 other sanctions were handed down regarding banning from the stadium for at least half a year.

Measures taken during the match:

Following the violation of the legal provisions in force, the gendarmes drew up six reports to the criminal investigation bodies, as follows:

– a notification act in accordance with the provisions of art. 31 of Law no. 4/2008 regarding the prevention and combating of violence during sports competitions and games.

– three reporting documents in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 126 of 1995 regarding the regime of explosive substances;

– a notification act in accordance with the provisions of art. 193 of the Criminal Code of Romania.

– a notification act in accordance with the provisions of art. 257 of the Criminal Code of Romania.

Also, the gendarmes applied 49 contraventional sanctions, totaling 95,285 lei.

We emphasize that, among these, three contraventional sanctions, worth a total of 70,000 lei, were applied to the organizer of the sports event, and three contraventional sanctions, worth 10,000 lei, were applied to the specialized security and protection company, for non-compliance with their obligations.

At the same time, 6 complementary sanctions were applied regarding the prohibition of access to sports competitions for a period of 6 months and 1 year.

During the second half, a supporter of the home team, in Tribune I, threw an object at an LPF official. This was identified and sanctioned.

Next, checks are made to identify and sanction other persons who violated the legal framework in force.
