An investor was chosen for the development of the Prishchepka park in Krasnoyarsk

In Krasnoyarsk, a company has been identified that will develop the Clotheschepka park. The concessionaire for the project was Prishchepka-KS LLC, which proposed to create new infrastructure in the park using its own investments.

The selection took place within 45 days, but there were no others willing to invest money in the development of the park. As the city administration explained, this is the first experience in Krasnoyarsk of developing a recreation area through a concession mechanism.

The investor plans to invest more than 500 million rubles. With this money, a visitor center, a swimming pool complex, an outdoor water park, a tubing track and a roller skating rink, which will operate as an ice skating rink in winter, will appear in Clothes. The park will also be equipped with paths, new plants will be planted and areas for festivals will be created.

A special part of the agreement was social obligations. Veterans of the Great Patriotic War, disabled combatants, SVO participants and members of their families, as well as disabled people of groups I and II will be able to visit the new park facilities free of charge. Discount tickets are available for large families.

The company plans to complete all work within 5.5 years. The agreement was concluded for 25 years, and the city budget will begin to receive income from the project after the first facilities are put into operation.
