A resident of the Shushensky district stored 8.7 kilograms in a barn marijuana. “R“an asphalt mass with a characteristic smell of cannabis” was discovered by the police, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
Owner of the site A 45-year-old man stated that collected cannabis for personal use. It seemed to him that he kept only two kilograms of drugs in the barn, but the examination showed a different result.

The investigative department opened two criminal cases under Part 2 of Art. 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. A preventive measure was chosen against the suspect in the form of a written undertaking not to leave the place and proper behavior.
