Detained on suspicion of receiving a significant bribe teacher at three higher educational institutions in Krasnoyarsk, reports SK.
According to investigators, in December 2022 and 2023, the man, being a member of the state certification commission, received money from a subordinate assistant of the department for ensuring the admission of students to the final certification.
“At the same time, the suspect knew that they were not subject to admission to certification, since the final qualification papers were written by the assistant himself for financial compensation from the students,” the Investigative Committee said.
Currently, the teacher is charged with four counts of crimes under Part 3 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (receipt by an official of a significant amount of bribe in the form of other property for illegal actions). The amount has not yet been disclosed, as has the name of the universities.

As part of the investigation of criminal cases, a proper legal assessment of the actions of the briber will also be given.
