In Krasnoyarsk, a man will appear before the court for re -driving in a drunk form. This was told in the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the region.
In May of this year, on Michurin Street, traffic police officers stopped the Toyota Funcargo car. The law enforcement officers noticed the driver’s intoxication obvious signs and invited him to undergo a medical examination procedure, the alkotester showed 1.22 mg/l.
In the course of a further test of the personality of a man, the police found that the 37-year-old Krasnoyari has no rights to drive transport, as he had previously been deprived of a driver’s license for drunk.
“After the administrative punishment within the deadlines established by law, the local resident did not make proper conclusions. The traffic inspectors detained the drunk driver, and the car was placed on a special parking lot, ”the law enforcement agencies said.
A criminal case was instituted against the man under Part 1 of Art. 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Management of a vehicle in a state of intoxication by a person subjected to administrative punishment.” He faces up to 2 years in prison.
Currently, the criminal investigation has been completed.
