Artificial intelligence will help Krasnoyarsk residents make text transcripts of calls

Subscribers of the MTS digital ecosystem will be able to answer calls with text messages when they are unable to talk to the other person. It is also possible to record incoming and outgoing calls, receive their audio recording and text transcript.

A survey conducted by MTS showed that 53% of subscribers take handwritten or telephone notes during a call so as not to forget important information. 63% of them prefer to use a smartphone, tablet or computer to take notes, and 51% write down details of conversations by hand on paper. Women take notes more often than men—66% versus 57%.

The study also showed that Russians not only write down important details of the conversation, but also describe their feelings and experiences. Almost a quarter of callers take notes about their emotions during a conversation—people aged 26-35 are most likely to do this (28%), and those aged 46-55 are least likely to do so (only 16%).

The “Intelligent Conversation Recording” service allows you to save any incoming and outgoing voice call in audio recording or text transcript format.

In addition, the Call to Chat service converts an incoming call into text, and the user’s written responses to the caller into voice format: after rejecting an incoming call, the user receives a push notification from the operator’s application to go to an interactive chat with the caller.
